Terms & Conditions

1.	Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By entering/subscribing you accept these conditions.
2.	Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years & over except employees & their immediate families & companies associated with this promotion.
3.	To enter tell us in 25 words or less “How Anthogenol can benefit you” & provide your details including full name, address, & postcode, and an email address, mobile or contact number.
4.	The competition commences at 00:01 on October 28th 2009 & closes at 23:59 on November 30th 2009. Entries received before or after these time are not valid. One entry per person.
5.	This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on product understanding & creativity. The best entry as determined by the judges will win.
6.	The promoter is Phytologic Pty Ltd 1-7 Doody Street Alexandria NSW 2015.
7.	Judging will take place at 12.00pm Tuesday December 1st 2009 at the offices of Phytologic Pty Ltd 1-7 Doody Street Alexandria 2015.
8.	The winner will receive a $500 Myer/Coles gift card.
9.	Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judge’s decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
10.	Phytologic Pty Ltd may request the winner to provide proof of identity & proof of Australian residency.
11.	The prize must be claimed by December 18th 2009 other wise that winner will forfeit the prize & the next best entry already received will win the prize.
12.	The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion such as photographic shoots & interviews.
13.	The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of entering this competition, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14.	The personal information you supply will be used by Phytologic Pty Ltd to assist us in improving our goods & services and may contact you in the future in regard to our other goods & services. No information given to a third party.

Anthogenol cannot be compared with other Vitis vinifera products or supplements, due to the highly specialised, proprietary isolation process.
Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
Each capsule contains Vitis vinifera dry seed extract, ascorbic acid and silicon dioxide.
